You need to make your reservations directly with the Hilton, and you have until August 24, 2007 to make them, after which the rooms will be released. The preferred group rate is $175 per room (not including taxes), per night, single or double occupancy. The same rate will be available both 3 days before and 3 days following the dates of the conference, should you wish to extend your stay. The conference will officially end Friday afternoon, October 12, 2007.
